To contract this service, we will need you to have the ASNEF and / or BADEXCUG access report beforehand with all the updated information about the debts that you have included in your name (if you do not have these reports, get them through our access service to the spanish morosity files).
Send us the report by email clicking on this link and we will inform you FREE OF CHARGE if you have the possibility of requesting the cancellation of the debts in the files, or not.
If we detect options to request cancellation, in view of your report, we can start the management by presenting the application form on your behalf, for which the files have a 30-day deadline.
